As soon as your complete the payment we'll send you a confirmation e-mail and forward a purchase order over to the supplier.
Our customer care team will liaise with the supplier to make sure the order has been received and check on the expected delivery time.
The supplier will ship your order directly from their warehouse. We will e-mail you a tracking number and delivery details as soon as we receive them.
The delivery company will deliver to the shipping address supplied with your order. For larger items they may need to arrange a time so you can take receipt of the product when it arrives.
Upon receipt please make sure your product is in good condition and nothing is missing. If you do find any problems please call us immediately so we can help liaise with the supplier.
